Rent and Lend is an automated online marketplace for item renting. Quick access to needed items, cost-saving, and additional income are the most important values we offer to our users. Rent and Lend is the first-ever peer-to-peer item renting platform dedicated for small businesses, NGOs, and physical persons. By reducing the amount of produced waste we aim to contribute to the natural environment meanwhile our technology of connecting providers with receivers develops social bonds in local communities.
Currently, we are looking for a UX/UI and Graphic Designer & Co-Founder working part-time (16 hours/week). This position is remote-friendly (you can work from home). You will get shares in the company as remuneration.
Your responsibilities
Executing all UI and UX designs (from concept to the final result) including
delivering assets and controlling the quality of the implementation
Creating visual content for different touchpoints such as banners, roll-ups, mockups, interfaces, graphics, etc.
Creating visual content for all marketing channels
Collaborating closely with marketers, product owner and developers team to deliver the best solutions
Your profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design (including responsive design)
Very good knowledge of UI design tools like Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar.
Experience in creating visual content such as banners, roll-ups, mockups, interfaces, graphics, etc.
Proven portfolio from various areas of graphic design
Knowledge of current design trends, good practices and patterns in graphic design, and also strong, proven UX background
Ability to design mockups and build prototypes (both high and low fidelity) and the ability to build UIs and prototypes based on business goals and user needs
Ability to keep consistency among designed projects
Good communication and organizational skills
Team-working attitude and loads of creativity
